A Memorial Visitation for Mrs. Eva Nell Landreneaux, 67 of Carthage, Texas, will be held on Sunday, May 22, 2022, at the Hawthorn Funeral Home Chapel from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. Mrs. Eva Landreneaux was born on Sunday, June 27, 1954, in Jefferson, Texas to parents William Collins and Ruby Charlene Humphrey. She passed this life on Sunday, May 15, 2022, in Longview, Texas. She loved to fish, play with her horses with her great grandbabies, and being outdoors. She was “Nanny” to everyone that knew her. She will be loved and missed dearly. Mrs. Eva is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Danny Landreneaux, son, Sherrell Clark, and one brother, Tommy Davis. She is survived by her daughter, Denise Miller and her husband David of Carthage; brothers James Wilkerson and wife Sue of Apollo Beach, Florida and Larry Reed and wife Ruby of Dallas; sister, Grace Baker and husband Carroll of Livingston; grandchildren JW Prudhomme and wife Gabby, and Shelby Prudhomme and fiancé Patrick Lopez; great grandchildren, Addyson and Kimber Prudhomme and Myles Lopez. Also surviving her are a host of other family and friends. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Hawthorn Funeral Home.
