Funeral services for Mr. Ted Sipes, 77, of Liberty City, Texas will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at the Hawthorn Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Brian McCormick officiating. Visitation will be 6-8:00 p.m. Monday, November 22, 2021 at Hawthorn Funeral Home. Mr. Ted Junior Sipes was born December 8, 1943 in Beckville, Texas. He passed this life November 18, 2021 in Liberty City, Texas. Ted was born to the marriage of Walter Henry and Aleene Brake Sipes. He was raised and attended schools in Beckville, Texas. After serving in the Air Force, Ted would work as an operator at Eastman-Kodak and LeTourneau University for more than thirty years. He loved fishing, listening to music and watching boxing and bull-riding, and was a life-long Cowboys fan, but his real passion was spending time with his family. He is preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Jenna Redd Casey; brothers Mark Milam, Chester Milam, Benjamin Milam, Daniel Milam, Ray Sipes, Jerry W. Sipes; and sisters Benilou Milam, Charlene Milam, Betty Jean Sipes, Ethelene Carter and Mandy Burns. Mr. Sipes is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Audrey Sipes of Liberty City, daughters Melynda Keenon and husband Gene of Kilgore, Annette Anderson of Carthage, Lisa Barthelemy of Orange, Tanya Toler and husband Jimmy of Tyler; son Ted Jay Sipes of Mississippi; son-in-law James Casey of Liberty City; grandchildren, Whitney Sipes and husband Mason, Derek Anderson, Dakota Keenon and wife Cammie, Hunter Sipes and wife Brittany, Hayley Ramsey and husband Chris, Cassidy Keenon, Brittany Stevenson, Leah Barthelemy, Kassidy Weatherford, Gracie Casey, Baileigh Sipes, Blaine Ramsey, Landon Sipes, Austyn Sipes; great-grandchildren, Abigail Stevenson, Allison Stevenson, Ella Keenon, Keenon Ramsey and Keano Ramsey; siblings Ronny Sipes of Milton, Florida, Kenneth Milam of Carthage, Sheila Edwards and husband Johnny of Waskom, Terry Sipes and wife Terri of Henderson, Wallace Sipes of Henderson, John Sipes and wife Sandra of Ft.
